Corey Thomas started off the game, pitched until the 4th and had a no hitter. Then Clay Case came in an gave up 1 or 2 hits but no damage, Brandon Chaney was brought in in the 6th and walked several, giving up the 1 run. Then tuttle closed it out in the end. We played small ball, but executed when we needed to. Good win.

how did the new bats do?

from what i seen the bats didnt really seem to play a factor last night. they seemed to hit pretty well and estill just put the ball hard in play and thats what you have to do. Good game by estill but its early and they will improve.

Agreed, no one on the team is really a "Power Hitter" and we only had Jake as one last year. Yeah me and Cade had a couple homeruns but consistently the past two years we have had to rely on "small ball" basically line drives and hard ground balls put runs on the board. I didnt stay for JV, not sure how they did tonight at jackson either.
