BOWLING GREEN — The Glasgow Scotties outscored Clinton County 14-3 in overtime Thursday night to pick up a hard-fought, nail-biting 68-57 victory in the first round of the Region 4 Boys Basketball Tournament at E.A. Diddle Arena on the campus of Western Kentucky University.

“I am so proud of our kids. We were 0-3 in overtime periods this year and when it goes to overtime, those kind of thoughts start creeping into your head,” said Glasgow coach Jeff Hall. “But our kids stepped up and battled through that.

“It was total team effort tonight. But even though he struggled offensively, Parker Cash willed us to victory tonight with his rebounding and defense late in the game. Here’s a guy that is 6’2”, and he gets 10 rebounds from the guard position.”

watched this game online and Clinton,Co had a shot at the win, Glasgow escaped and I thank will upset Warren,Cent.
