I seen bj today and had the chance to talk to him, his ankle is feeling better he was walking around on it pretty good an actually got to jog on it today. Seems to be healing up pretty quick with physical therapy.

Is it a high ankle spain? If so, those don't heal up quick..... Takes several weeks most of the time......
