57th District Teams would all be in 15th Region?
#1
It' been mentioned to me that all of the 57th District teams would advance to the regional if they were spread throughout the 15th. Agree? Disagree? I kinda doubt it but from the teams I've seen play they would have a great shot.

You are correct. Spread out through all the districts all the teams would have a fantastic shot at making it to the region.

Yes. I think EVERY 57th District team would make it to the 15th Region Tournament!

The two Pike County Districts are still, for all intents and purposes, 3-team districts. Even the weakest 57th District teams would seriously shake those districts up (This year, anyway).

The Floyd County District is a tough district, too. But if you put the strongest 57th District team (Which one is that? Who knows?) in that district, they would make it to the 15th Region Tournament.

That leaves the 2nd and 3rd strongest 57th District teams in the 57th. Depending on which teams were moved into the 57th, it's possible they would both make it to the 15th Region Tournament.

Having said all that, I'll say this: It's also possible that with all that moving around, NONE of the 57th District teams would make the 15th Region Tournament. Yes, the 57th is wide open this year. But it's not a dominant district in the region. I think every team in the 57th could beat every team in the 15th. I also think, except for David and Piarist, every team in the 15th can beat every team in the 57th (Yes, even Allen Central!)

If you put any team out of the 57th in to the 60th, I guarantee they would not advance to regionals, Belfry and Pike Central would still be the ones to advance...

Guys ....it was proposed for Sheldon Clark to come to the 60th...they declined.

That's why the only team Pike Central played from the 57th beat them(Johnson Central)
