Morgan county ties the school record for wins in a single season as they wrap up the regular season with an 8-2 record. Morgan will be hosting Lawrence county in the first round of the playoffs at Morgan county. First time in school history Morgan has ever hosted a playoff game finishing the #2 seed behind Breathitt county.

Just a couple of years ago I recall Morgan could not win a game. Now they are 8-2 and hosting a play-off game. Tremendous improvement for the cougars.
