The high preseason rank for Mason has resulted into a very poor start to the season

Was at this game. Rowan fought back from a 41-24 3rd quarter score and scored 21 unanswered points to pull through with the victory. Rowan came out underestimating the royals and was quickly in the hole 21-0. Adam wing and Stephen Williamson led the team on offense and I believe Williamson had 280 on the ground with 1 or 2 tds. The defense pulled their belts tight and allowed 20 points after the 1st quarter. Heck of a game!

the official stats are that rowans rb williamson had 280 yards and 3 tds which puts him at 800 rushing yards in just 3 games and 9 tds.

So I've not seen Rowan play but it seems to me that their offense is pretty good and their D is their flaw? It seems like they are always winning in high scoring affairs.

rowans defense grew in this game as they completly shut mason down in the 4th allowing the offense to take over. this game was a learning experiance that will benefite the vikings in tough games later this year.

williamson ran for 303 not 280 and had 2 touchdowns rowans defense is getting better as they go along to the state title game!!!!

RC's defense, is BAD, plain and simple. I've gotta believe its a product of scheme, because they have good athletes there. Not sure RC has a signature win in the last 2-3 years...this years victims are a combined 1-7.
