why did Franklin County drop Belfy in the Pike County Bowl?

Franklin Co, should be ok this year, have some experience with the Anderson kid and timmons back, Qb is in his second year as well, dont know about the line, but Tracy seems to get the job done every year, they have a new district as well, with both East and West Jess. and Anderson to deal with as well, got a feeling they will spread it out and let it rip, only question is Line and depth and moving up a class dealing with some big boys..

Franklin Co. is loaded with talent. They have more depth at Running back than any team I have seen in a while. They have transfer running back for Lex. Cath. to go along with transfer running back from Anderson Co. Plus they return Lackey off an injury. Plus Big Chris Roberts. By Far they have good depth at WR as well. It will be the RYan Timmons show on grass. Look for him to line up at QB, WR, and in a wildcat package. This is the best keep team in 5A. They will be in the finals as long as the o-line can pull it together. They have speed on both sides of the ball. Worse case for FCHS the will be in the semi-finals if the o-line doesnt get it worked out. But I dont see that not happening. Got a transfer in o-line as well.

I want some of whatever you are smoking.

Got set high goals, and the best of luck, but get by Anderson, and then you have Bowling Green, Christian Co., but you start with faith in your team, and progress as you go. GO BIG OR GO HOME...............

Who will it be Bowman or Woodside to get the QB job.
This is the most important thing coaching staff will have to becareful how it is handled.
Bowman last year starter. Knows the offense and knows his teammates.
Woodside bigger, faster, stronger arm. Better all around.
Who gets the call?

Tracy is used to BIG QB's, but last years QB,well did a good job, but did they win district ? or regional? and dont all coaches say that there are none , nada starting positions , in the preseason, so I think the Anderson Kid must earn it, but experience is a key, so it will be a BATTLE, competition breeds excellence, good luck to both young men......

Done deal Woodside will be the starting QB. The kid is a beast and was named MVP recently at a camp.
No way Tracy plays the Bowman kid. Can't wait to go out and watch this team this season.

umm defense wins championship's , Got to STOP....Bowling Green and others first, are we still applying the Coach Mumme , theory ???? we will see, this kid IF he starts will have to prove himself and has NOT had much GAME experience, and , even though I applaud his achievements, he is still not proven, and even Zeke Pike did not or I will say has not yet won a state ring, so easy big guy, alot things will have to factor in for a new QB, to mesh, and has to have a WHOLE team, including a O-Line, and a solid defense, to win a STATE RING , we will see, Good Luck FLyers, alot has been put on you now, handle it well young men

Hearing a lot of good things coming from practice. FCHS has been looking very good during 7 on 7. I heard the starter at QB will be the kid from Anderson.

I think you might have this confused with the Highlands thread. Lol.

Oh but i guess not. I forgot about Highlands dropping down a class.

I don't understand what the highlanders do ? They stay at the top and they suddenly slip down.

They have been playing up in class. They play where it makes the most sense geographically, and in terms of competition. I actually admire the way they do it.

That was actually Franklin County's "B" Team that lost to owen county at that tournament ( which had the JV and Freshmen kids) the varsity which was on the game field went 3-0 that day before they called the tournament for heat....Franklin Co. scrimmage with Harrison Co. was yesterday.
