Lot of good summer ball at KBA this past weekend. There were several really good teams up there. Anderson County won it. Teams and scores at playkba.com under schedules.

Anderson County should have a really good team next year. They return everybody and have a lot of talented players.

Russell County went to Myrtle Beach and won every game down there. Other than that, I do not know what they have done.

What about Rockcastle County?

Even though you can not put much into summer ball. What teams surprised you this summer and what teams are you expecting to be exciting to watch next season according to summer baskeball? What teams seemed to be greatly improved and what teams didn't impress throughout summer ball? What players stood out on the teams you've heard or watched?

Breathitt County, they have played a few games this summer. I got to watch them play in Pikeville. They have a decent team. They only lost 1 of their players from last year. There going to surprise alot of people this year, Leslie Spencer who is going to be a senior has improved alot and 8th grader Kasey Cox. With them two I don't think they can be stopped.
