I dont know if would be a good hire or not but Adelaman has led 3 teams to the playoffs, and not to mention his most sucess was in the state of Cali.

If Adelman goes there, the Lakers have to completely revamp their offense. He does not run the triangle. This will come down to what Kobe wants. If Kobe feels like he does not have the legs to change style again, then look for the Lakers to hand the reigns over to Brian Shaw. Shaw will continue with the Triangle offense.

He doesn't run the triangle but they said his offense is the closest offense to the triangle out there.
