What do you think it's worth?

It's a parking sign that's plastic (official NCAA) and it has 1998 NCAA National Champions, UK.

It has all of the starting 5 along with several other players including Wayne Turner and Saw Smith.

I'm looking to get rid of it, but I have no idea what it's worth/who is interested.

Well if its signed SAW SMITH then i dont want it lol considering his name is spelled Saul Smith however if real my advice is keep it.
I have all the 96, 97, and 98 players autographs and i know there not much worth, but maybe one day.
Just hang on to it IMO
