South Floyd 77 - Paintsville 74
#1
Final
#2
Any Stats?
#3
Paintsville was led by Green with 26 and caldwell with 21. The Tigers hit 8 three's.

South Floyd had Shannon Turner with 38 points hitting 6 three's and Dakota Hall with 24 and Brandon Marson with 9.

South was up 57-40 at the end of the third when Paintsville made a nice run to cut it to the final score. Paintsville doesn't quit if they are down which is a good sign.

Nice run? That's a mad dash lol

At my age it was a run. I can't even think of a dash anymore.

Over all....I thought the Tigers didn't play that bad. It's just that SF shot the ball much better in the first half. Or might I say Turner (23pts) and Hall (13pts) shot much better..lol.thay had 36 of their 41 1st half points. They finished with 62 of SF's 77 pts.
Tigers turned it up in the 4th with their pressure out scoring SF 34-20. PROUD of these boys though! Most teams would give up when they get down 19 pts. Which the Tigers were at one point in the game. BUT, they kept fighting right till the bitter end!
Keep your heads up TIGERS! We have a BIG, BIG, BIG game this Friday! Let's see if we can't go into JC and come out with that #1 seed!
