First I've heard of this. Are you talking about the KY team that just played in the Border Bowl playing a team from the Western side of KY? Is this an idea or something that has been discussed?

No, the KHSAA preposed to sanction its All-Star game for winter instead of summer as a result it cancelled its East-West game last season saying 2 all-star games in the same year were to many therefore the next All-Star game would be played for the following season sometime in the winter of 2011, but I haven't heard anymore about it since then!
