They do it b/c it is a 5 team district Clay, NL, OBI, Jackson, and Red Bird. 3 of the 5 wont vote for seeding because they would rarely make region if they did.

yea i knew that was the reason for voting it down. I forgot Red Bird was in that district as well. I know the majority has to vote it down. Im not sure why Jackson dont just vote it in. This could mean North and Clay could meet in the first round than a crappy Jackson co. team make it to region where they would be killed.

Jackson Co. is not that bad this year. They have two pretty nice guards this year.

how many years will they be better than North or Clay, id say one out of every ten at most, thats why they dont vote for it
