Hall of Fame second baseman Ryne Sandberg, passed over by the Chicago Cubs as the team's next manager, has joined the Philadelphia Phillies organization as manager of their top minor-league club, the Phillies announced Monday.

I'm a Cubs Fan but they done Ryno Wrong and i believe they made a dumb decision by hiring Quade even tho he did have a winning record what time he was the interim manager
