Is it me or has pikeville been getting alot of players out of the 14th and 15th region congrats on you that have been and good luck in the further show these regions what basketball is made of:Cheerlead

I believe that all sports there have a junior varsity and varsity.

I believe it helps that the new offensive coordinator of the football team is from the 14th region(Al Holland Jr). And some of these players are pretty good too, that always helps.

Yeah, thats what I heard. I hope it helps with the football team. They were pretty disappointing last year.

I think that they are getting local kids not just becuase they are local.
The kids that are going to play next year at pikeville can really play ball, there are some great talent coming out of the graduating class.

Yeah, they're starting a JV team and I'd say most of the kids they sign from around here will end up there and work their way up like in high school.

I think Josh Whitaker (Hazard) may get some varsity minutes as a freshman.

Kelly Wells is a great coach and man of character. He is doing a great job at PC getting local talent that can help the Bears compete for a conference title year in and year out.
