LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) - Guard Elisha Justice scored 21 and dished out nine assists as Shelby Valley dismantled Paducah Tilghman 68-45 in the first round of the Kentucky Boys' Sweet 16 tournament at Rupp Arena.
