How good were you on the HS bball court, now or when you did play? Give some of your averages per game or some of your personal game highs!

I played some my freshman year, broke my ankle my sophomore year, and got cut my junior and senior year..

I probably averaged 10 -12 pts a game, 24 is a game high for me. 6 blocks in a game is a high, 12 rebounds is a high. I once had 16 of the first 18 pts of the game.

I avg. 4 points a game my junior year. Didnt play much then. Then my senior year, I avg. 15 during summer camps. Then when season started, started the first two games avg. 8 points and then didn't get to play anymore after that. Coaches i felt didn't like me or my style of play

What's wrong with your style?

My 3 years I played, I averaged 14 ppg. My career high was 26 against Belfry. I once hit 7 threes in a game (same game as my career points high), most rebounds was probably like 2. LOL I'm 6'3 but never left the 3 point line. Probably had a couple 5-7 assist games. I averaged a little over 3 three's a game. My FG% was somewhere near 50%. My 3-point % was like 35%. I think I liked maybe 100-150 points from getting 1000 for my career. Maybe I dunno though. I was told that so it's probably true. Never attempted many free throws cuz like I said I basically stayed around the 3 point line. Tore my ACL 9 games into my sr season and never got to play high school basketball again. Probably could have gotten 1,000 for my career, but didn't get to.

Mine was about 14ppg(could me more) and about 8-9 rpg...My career high in points was 31(Could have been 40 but I missed 9 free throws).I had 29 a couple of games too.....Most rebounds was 28 in first Rd of districts my Junior year.. I hit 20+ a few times in rebounds too..I SHOULD HAVE been very close to the 1000 club at the start of my senior year I had around 700 but a asshole keep me from it and I quit with about 5 games to go because I was tired of getting crapped on..I would prob say that I had broke the 500 rebounds too

Went to the Regional Tourney 3 times in high school. FINALLY won the District my senior year. Made it to the Semi's before getting beat out by Pike Central. Career high 33 against Belfry. 18 is the most rebounds I ever had in a game. Averaged 15 points and 8 rebounds a game my senior year.

I played basketball all four years in high school, but my coach never really liked me a whole lot so I didn't play very much. I have no clue what any of my averages or anything were, but I had my career high in points (18) and rebounds (10) in the same game against Allen Central during my senior year.

Like some who have posted I don't remember avg's. I started my soph and Jr year and was a roll player my Sr year. High points was 26, and was best rebounder 2 out of three years for my school. Myself and others that also played football were not liked much by the basketball coach and he ran off all others but myself and one other. We came back and won the Dist. my Sr year after being down 14 or 15 points at halftime.

I have played since 3 grade up to my sophomore year i did'nt want to go out.but i averaged about 6 points a game my high was 12 once i averaged about 15 blocks a game my high was once 19 but i was lucky as hell i also averaged about 11 rebounds a game my high was 20 once that was also pure luck my other stats are normal like steals assists were like 3 or 4 a game i always starded up till freshmen year the coach did'nt like me and my laid back attitude.

I can't remember, but I saved a whole lot on insurance by switching to Geico (spelling??).
Game high was 22 pts with 8 assists, both the same game. I never really liked basketball, even though it was and still is the sport I know the most about. If I could go back I would have put a lot more time into the sport, but chasing women and football was a whole lot more fun.:big grin:

I averaged 5 fouls per game in 8th grade and decided to stick to football and baseball.

Career high was 26 points, 21 of which were three pointers.
I averaged about 60 some percent from the foul line.
Had alot of blocks per game.
I averaged around 40% from the three line.
I scored every point my team had in the first quarter one game.
One game I scored 64% of my team's total.
I averaged around 12 ppg.
I had quite a few assists.
I remember shooting 100% from the foul line one game, I went to the line 6 times totalling 12 shots.
The last game I played was the last game of tournament my 7th grade year.

I played up until my JR year and just didn't feel like there was enough competition so I switched to Lunch League where I was 2 time MVP.

I was a pretty good guard with good defensive, ball handling, and shooting skills. But my most impressive stat is that I averaged something like 3 fouls per minute :o)
