Congrats to all these young men. Looks like a pretty good list a few could go one way or the other. Kevin Williams from Paintsville, I thought was the best TE in this district. Casey Rowe from Pikeville, one of the better DL in this district. I don't know if they voted by positions or just by players because it looks like very few lineman and most skill players and secondary. Glad to see that an AP All-State selection didn't make the team, no offense Charlie but just goes to show what kind of joke that surrounds the AP team. Thought the best lineman Paintsville had to offer didn't make it but that's just my opinion. I guess the team could be loaded up with Hazard, Pikeville and Paintsville players but that's not good for the other teams morale. Glad to see each team have at least two players and I guess this could be reasoning for so many skill players.

Have no clue, this was just in the Paintsville Herald yesterday. I hadn't even seen an All-District team for this district in the last two years. So if anyone knows the 2003 or 2004 All-District teams for Class A District 8 please let me know. I know it's very unlikely but I'm hoping someone may still have it for scrapbooking or have it laying around in a newpaper.
