He has one of if not the top basketball IQ's in the region he does foul very little. I know Bob Kouns was one the officials and he does a good job and does not call many fouls Russell must have been playing Maze pretty rough for him to get that many FT's with Kouns calling.

I don't buy it even players with high basketball iqs foul.
