Holmes 47 Bourbon Co 21
#1
Dawgs led 26-0 at the half, I believe and cruise to a 47-21 victory over BC in a district game.

Holmes improves to 4-0 on the season and 1-0 in the district.

Holmes is as atheletic as anyone in the state.

I'm looking forward to the Holmes/Dixie game in week 7.

That looks to be Holmes' toughest game on their schedule. I think tonight's convincing win over BC sent a message to the rest of the district though. Franklin Co, Harrison Co, and Pendleton Co will all have their hands full with the Dogs.

Agreed. Coach Lickert has done an amazing job turning this program around. He's taken great athletes and instilled some discipline and he's made them tough. They should win thier district and go a few rounds in the playoffs. This will be great for this program.

Great post RVW. I agree this is exactly what I said about the Basketball program. Holmes should compete every year if they can get the players to buy into the system.
