A sign of a really good coach is not only measured by their wins and losses but also by what kind of shape they leave the program in. Reed inherited a mess. Some coaches get out when they realize their is nothing coming up in the system. Not saying this was the case with Kidwell but he would have struggled this year the same as Reed if he would have stayed. There are many schools that are going to be in the rebuilding process starting this year and next year, and when it begins it will be very painful. Good luck to all the 16th region schools during the 09'-10' campaign.

Sometime starting fresh is a good thing, this way it is easier on the girls who has not been taught by someone else a better chance of learning the game.
