Harlan Co. and Bell will battle for the #1 spot. M'boro will be 3rd and Harlan bringing up the rear.

Bell County lost Zachery and Wilson (guards).
Harlan County lost Caldwell and Polson (post players).
Bell County looked a little stronger this summer. Harlan County has a real strong freshman class and should get better.
Harlan also has a good group of freshmen and will improve. Middlesboro has a big senior class but not much after that, so they'll be rebuilding after the 2010 season. Bell County also loses a good group of seniors.
