Can south Laurel Repeat in the sweet 16?

South Laurel has a lot of returning players i think they will have another good season and finish strong in the post but i don't know if the will repeat another state tittle
but i think they will make it deep in the touranemnt but get beat out in a close one

Do you know of any players in the state that could handle ty proffit, and the big man d/l i think its walt frazier? not for sure but with the other good players they have i look for them to make a repeat....

Walt Allen. I do not see SL repeating as State Champs. They will have yet another great season but wont have what it takes to win it all agian.

South will always be a great program, but I don't feel they will reapeat, they played great last year but the state tournment overall was not as strong, personally I feel the better South team of the past few years was the one that lost to Micheal Bush, Larry O' Bannon, and the Male Bulldogs. How would Walt have done againest M Bush?

I look for South Laurel to have another great season as well. As far as repeating though, I will wait and make a prediction a few weeks into the season.

SL will repeat....as Region Champs that is.....i really dont see them winning state again.....everyone here knows how tough it is to repeat....even make it to state.....but they will for sure make it again with the play of Ty Proffitt and Walt Allen who i think will be Mr. Basketball.....i predict a semi-final appearance for the Cardinals

Walt Allen seems to be a very good person, a 110% hustling ballplayer very hardnosed but he is not the best basketball player in the state .

i dont think that they will repeat IMO because teams have and are working hard at this and it is hard to repeat a championship in any sport i think

SL will make it to state again and probably make a good showing, but there is a couple of teams in there way. Good luck to them....

South Laural has a lot of returning talent.......they have a great chance to repeat at state not just region......I look for them to be back in the state championship game but im not gonna say they'll win it just yet
