They probably had a plan, and may still yet. Though I fel it will be difficult to bring in a Top level coach, if enough money is thrown around (AND EVERY COACH IN CONTENTION KNOWS THIS), someone will bite. The longer this takes, the higher the salaray goes. If I am Billy D and John C, or others on their target list, I am holding out as long as it takes. I threw out $6M per year, it could be $10M before it's over
