UK big man Patrick Patterson recorded his 13th double-double of the season, scoring 15 points and grabbing 16 rebounds, in the Cats' 71-58 win over Ole Miss in the opening round of the SEC Tournament.Internet reports earlier on Wednesday indicated Patterson had decided to return to UK for his junior season. The Huntington, WVa. native backed off those comments, saying he would re-evaluate his status after UK's season.
