Oakley Watkins hit three three-pointers during a 24-7 third-quarter run that carried No. 11 Franklin County (18-4) to a 64-56 win over No. 13 Clark County. Watkins, a senior forward, came off the bench to score 15 points and grab 10 rebounds. UK recruit Vinny Zollo had 17 points and 12 rebounds for visiting Clark County (21-5).
