By no means am I trying to put down Russell and Boyd Co. While I was growing during the late 80's and early 90's Russell and Boyd Co. were always near the top of the ranking of the 16th region, they were always considered one of the favorites to win the region each year. This morning I was looking at the Litkenhous Ratings in the Courier-Journal and noticed the Russell and Boyd Co. were the bottom two teams in the region. I no longer live the area and I don't hear much about the 16th region and I was just curious about what has happened to the programs. By no means am I trying to put each school down. Just want to hear some reason why and are things looking up for those schools.
