I love watching Buckhorn play. Noble is a good coach and his kids play harder than anyone in the regions. Like I said before, Hazard better not overlook the Horn. Huge win for the Horn, congrats.

AMEN, Rooster Cogburn, you hit the nail on the head, LCC Cougars main problem is favortism from the coaching staff, Captain Charlie gets the special treatment, where all the other players get the blame, Everyone knows this.....WAKE UP COACHES!!!!!!!!!

I agree with rooster cogburn there is alot of criticism. You cant play ball if your afraid of getting taken out of a game because of one mistake i understand if you make the same mistake again BUT ONE!!!!!!

For those of you that ain't figured it out yet "Rooster Cogbum"s a diegruntled parent whose coaching at home and mouth-running has contributed to this problem. If they don't like the way things are going because a freshman is playing in front of their sophmore or junior---then take him where he can be the star like you started to do back in Dec. The freshman is the better player and anyone who knows the game, knows it.

well we (or i) don't get paid to coach but i do think the coaches take kids out after one mistake. having said that i get sick of hearing parents gripe about their kids playing time. maybe instead of griping at the coaches they should tell their kids the plain hard facts either play some defense (everybody can play offense) or sit on the bench and watch the freshman that will play defense. bottom line no defense no floor time!!!!!!!!!

Maybe the probelem is not the parents in the stands, maybe the problem is caused by the parents on the bench. Anyone in the stands can see the team chemistry that was present in December is gone now.

Whatever the problem is, LCC better get to fixing it. It's not the best time of year to be falling apart, or the best time to lose a player. I hope the Cougars can regroup and get it all back together before next week. I'd love to see these senior boys make it out of the District at least. Good Luck Cougars!!!

I would say Justice is on the hot seat now and don't know how to get himself off. Hope they don't get ousted by the JBS Crusaders in the District, it would be ashame to see this talented of a team miss the Region Again!

If memory serves me right--they made it to the semis of the region LAST year. why don't we just see how things play out before we throw the Cougars to the wolves.After all, they still have thir best record ever at this point in the season. last year at this time they had 15 wins, this year they have 17.I still think they will rise to the occasion if we quit with the blame game.

And as far as charlie getting preferential treatment---do you need reminded that he just signed to play FOOTBALL in college. I know for a fact that Justice is trying to make contacts for proffitt, Blair, and Ison, so that they can get their chance to play b-ball at the next level. Banks just wants to win- he doesn't need to impress any one with his b-ball abilities because he is playing football at the next level. Football, you knuckleheads- Football.I guess everyone has to blame someone for their own stupidity though so have at it.

Not saying its you, but someone from KCC always brings there team into what seems like every thread. Not as much latley though.

I agree with windsprint charlie is a good kid I have NEVER heard anyone say anything bad about him. the kid is good at football and good at basketball you usually don't see kids that good at two or more sports. he has had to work hard to get where he is at . he is playing football but no doubt he could play basketball at EKU he will be successful at what ever he dose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Windsprint You Know What I Think That Maybe This May Be An Assistance Coach With A Big Mouth. This Is Why The Big All Mighty Lcc Cougars Don't Have Very Many Kids Come Out For Sports. Because It Is All Political And All About The Coaches, And The Glory That They Can Get From The Wins. You Know Maybe If The Coaches Would Not Worry So Much About Themselves Than Maybe The Kids Would Fell More Comfortable And More Accepted For Who They Are And Not What They Are. Maybe If You Had Some Muscle On The Team Like Buttermilk Then You Would Have There Record. After Al It Is Just A Game.

If the parents could learn to keep their mouth shut the boys would be fine. Why don't you just leave them along and let them play ball. I'm sure if there wasn't all this negative Attitude among the parents the kids would be able Concentrate on the game. And as far as talking about the Sr. and Freshmen. Shame on you! You are bashing kids, are you serious!

I believe the boys will come together they are good boys with big hearts and have so much talent. Why don't you try getting on the band wagon and giving them all your support. Good luck Cougas! Play hard, have faith, BELIEVE!

I'm sorry I spelled a few words wrong i was typing it a little fast and just didn't pay a lot of attention to my spelling.

p.s. i agree 100% with the comment that booster left the parents really need to give it a rest and stop giving it to the kids they just need to realize that the senior is good and he has earned his spot and the freshman is not taking the spot of anyone that has not given it away.
