JC played well in spurts tonight, but after taking the lead began to let up defensively. Yes, Zach Davis had a great showing tonight and will be one of Knott's best in the future. JK Hall and Ian Welch showed guts in holding Stamper and Cox down tonight. I understand that Stamper might not be 100 % and Cox might have had an issue as well, but still good job to these two. I agree also that, especially once he begins to take the ball to the hole more, Jeremy Bratton should get more minutes and everyone knows his brother is a workhorse. Every game i have seen that kid has been on the floor after a loose ball or fighting over offensive boards. The only thing JC can do at this point is keep their heads up and fight on. Use AC as a step back into the winning ways. Don't overlook them, but get a W and get back on track. As for Knott, they have a test Friday but i think with both Stamper and Cox healthy they can contend with anyone. Good win to KCC.

No doubt Tommy is a top notch guy. It is time to get them togather and win, plain and simple. It seem we are just around the corner to turing it around for a month now. Districts will be here soon. Tommy or someone needs to get hold of some egos and get these guys playing team ball and to thier potential. Being nice and motivating is good, but sometimes to get the job done you have to get your hands dirty and lay it on the line in tough terms.
It is just my idea or does it seem the 14th region is a step ahead of the 15th by this tournement. What does this say about the type og basketball we play in the 15th.

Great post and I agree 100%. I would play the kids that that lay it on the line and hustle and let the slackers sit on the bench regardless of who they were or how good they should be.

This coming from and outside eye. I have got to see JC play a few times this year. Team is loaded with talent and loaded with individuals. I don't care how good the kid is. If they aren't willing to be part of a team. It's time to say bye. I sat with a fan from Hazard this game and as soon as the game was over, the first thing this fan noticed was the fact that the Welch kid just left the floor and headed to the locker room without shaking hands with Knott Co. JMO, JC needs to buy a tether or two for a few of their Eagles.
