How did Magoffin Co. do against Russell. Johnson Central beat Morgan Co. by 8 , while Ahland defeated Lewis Co. 59 to 30.

Russell won by about 15...Magoffin looked young and had one girl (can't remmber name or number) who did most of their scoring...It was no blowout but Russell appeared in control most of the game...Simpson was solid as usual...Parsley got into foul trouble early but still ended up with her usual double-double...Fortman's shooting looks to be improved as she hit some nice shots...Cassity (freshman) played well as did Ferguson off the bench...Everyone who played for Russell contributed...Ballhandling is still shaky at times but Coach Reed looks to have this team moving in the right direction...They should be a tough out come tournament time...
