There very well may be a actual court case. But the sources I used are just as valid as the one you used in THIS thread. Yes, I posted sources of pure opinion as did you by using a socially conservative site like WDN. I would also like to see where you got your information that a "Certificate of Live Birth" is different than a "Birth Certificate" in Hawaii. I have looked and the information I see say's they are the same. I may be wrong that's why I asked to see it.

Just read through that link. It gives a run down of why there is still questioning. Look all this can simply be put to rest by Obama releasing his original BC. I don't care what some person who works for the State of Hawaii says. They could very well lie, people in power do do that sometimes you know. There is no reason at all to not release his BC. McCain did it. Why can't Obama. Most Presidential candidates do. There's no reason for Obama to be spending millions of dollars and tying up DNC lawyers over this stuff. I honestly hope he is really a natural born, I don't want this country going through that, but if he isn't and is hiding something, then we the American people deserve and demand to know the truth.

No where on there does it say that a Certification of Live Birth is not a legal document. It only states that a Certificate is a more complete record and the certification requires additional verification. I read somewhere online another theory as to why Obama is doing his best to avoid making his birth certificate public. It alluded to his being listed as Muslim on the form. In his adult life, he's a declared Christian. In the Muslim world, renouncing Islam for another belief is a capitol offense.

The author stated the BC would prove his change of faiths, he would instantly become marked for execution by Muslim extremists.

Of course, that may be as kookie as some of the other stuff you find on radical websites...

And aren't we all marked for execution anyway just because we aren't Muslim??
