can't base nothing on one game, people have off nights... Fugate did amazing last week hands down to him! I'm sure it will be a good show to see!

I agree, Channing should have a very good night aginst Powell and the rest of the teams that Breathitt plays in the regualr season. I see him backing up what he did to LCA and really turning some heads in Lexington.

I don't believe Channing has forgot about the rest of the team. The people that saw last week's performance didn't see any chest thumping from Channing. They say a whole team working to win a football game, and that was the best chance they had after the injuries. Breathitt will be fine. Sometimes it's the fans that can get a little caught up in things.

Powell isnt going to back down and let Fugate run all over them. They'll lower their shoulder and hit him. I gurantee that!

Powell will hit him hard, im sure of that... They are an underated team that dont care to get dirty... They dont care what people say about them. It just makes them better when people put them down... Your gonna see a good Pirate team this friday night.

Let's not get too cocky, Breathitt fans. The weather may slow Fugate down more than Powell Co. As for Powell: With Whitaker in charge, I'm sure you have improved. You're 5-3 and have played as weak a non- district schedule as you could find. You HAD to play Estill, Harlan Co. and now Breathitt. When you can beat some of these schools, or other good teams, then you have something to brag about. As long as you keep scheduling these"Sisters of the Poor" teams, you're not gonna take that next step. But, OTOH, I guess you gotta start somewhere. Good luck Fri nite. You're gonna need it.

When has Powell ever been known for their Hard Hitting Football? I hope it is a good game and I am not saying Breathitt is going to Run all over them but lets let Powell do something before we talk about how tough they are!

somebody said one of our coaches at powell county works for free and lives in another county, how long will he stay if that is the case

Mandan i wish you and ur other breathitt buddies would stop worshipin the ground fugate walks on yea hes good we get that but that is all u all tlk about my team has done shut him out now that the qb is out fugate is ur alls only threat...yea powell might have a weak schedule but u all r on here just rubbin it in like u all are #1 n da nation or somethin...just forget bout BGR and play fball! :redboxer:
