That's a youth camp for grades 3-8.

At first they was going to have practice after the youth, but they didn't have physicals in on time. One of the players told me they might have some tuesay for sophmores, and freshman because that is when they will get physicals in.

Somerset lifted today, went outside and caught punts and kicks, and did 80 yard sprints for conditioning.
The 80 yard sprints was awful fun ....................................

By KHSAA bylaws, no football can be used until July 15th. I would be careful about discussing practices.

"July 10 to July 14
During this period, a football player may wear a helmet during any football specific drill or session that is supervised or attended by any member of the high school coaching staff, but may wear no other gear as defined by NFHS Football Rule 1, Section 5."
Don't think that says anything about a football not being used.

15. During this non-contact period, a helmet, shoulder pads
and shoes are the only football equipment that may be worn.
The fi rst date of practice in full pads shall be the earlier of
August 1 or seven (7) week days (not counting Saturdays and
Sundays) prior to the opening day of school
