i saw Butch in the front office today walking out with Ancie Casey and another unamed man.... is this a pssibility this would be a great hire for the Phelps program...

Seeing someone walk out of an office is hardly proof of anything. Several people walk in and out of buildings every day. This one is closed until it can be confirmed.
