What colleges are the seniors committing to?
#1
Just wondered if anyone knows where any of the seniors in the surrounding regions are commiting to for colleges? e.g. Clark Stepp, Aaron Crum, Zach Hurt, etc.

Stepp will probabily play higher level NAIA if any I can't see Crum playing after HS, maybe on a JV team or something just not good enough all around to take a chance on. Hurt will probabily go to ALC or Union, somewhere small where he can contribute.

I don't really keep up with player names, who is Zach Hurt?

I was told from someone in the family that UK was looking at Stepp.

Stepp and Hurt will more than likely play somewhere. But i dont see Crum going anywhere, the only game he has is shooting, he cant create his own shot and is to slow to defend at the college level. He is a great shooter though.

Now I could see UK maybe going after him but I just dont see a out of State college doing that, his name isnt big enough.

I am for any kid getting a scholarship and wish all the best but to think that Stepp can get a scholarship from UK is a unfair position to put this kid in. UK would not be interested in a kid and tell him in March of his senior year. It is unfair to Clark for his dad to start this propaganda campaign just to try to get him exposure. Uk has a point guard coming in next year in Liggins that is the #1 point guard in the country to go along with one that has already committed who is the #3 in the country as a junior in high school. If UK really wanted another point guard they would get Edmonson from UHA who is unbelievable and in all honesty leaps and bounds ahead of Clark. If they got Edmonson they might could get Hopson who is the best player I have seen in Ky in a along time.
I was glad to see Puckett sign with Pikeville. He is a really good player and played out of the spotlight but seems to be a good kid and I wish him well. I know Pikeville was one of the schools that inquired about Clark coming there but I think he was seeing if he could get a better offer. He better not wait too long or there might not be any offers out there.
