My dilemma - vote please

OK, so due to weather EKU was placed on the inclement weather plan, aka...all of the classes get pushed back. Normally, I was supposed to do an observation at a childcare center for my PSY 312 class.

This observation was supposed to be from 2:30 - 3:30 PM today and the paper about this is due on Monday.

Since classes were pushed back, my class that normally meets from 1:25 - 2:15, will now meet from 2:10 - 2:50. If I'm lucky, I can get to the observation by 3 PM, but I will only have half the time allotted to do my observation.

There is nothing due in the class at 2:10, we are just going over new material.

So, do I go to my class at 2:10 and miss half or most of my observation? Or do I skip the class so I'm able to observe the full time?

Skip and observe the full time. Especially if you have a paper due on it. The more time you are there, the more things you will have to write about.

IMO I would just stay home and sleep lol. But you know how I am like that CE.

Have a brief talk with the instructor about the need to do the observation for the other class. Most are understanding of unfortunate events that take place from time to time. I would not skip class without the communication. This of course comes from someone that skipped an entire semester many years ago.
