Former Clay Co. coach Donnie Gray passed away this week at age 73 after a battle with cancer. He won 505 games in 21 years, with nine 13th regional titles. He led Clay Co. to the state title in 1989, and was also state runner-up in 1992. He later served as Clay athletic director. Clay Co. named the basketball court in Bobby Keith gym after him just last week. Donnie was a good guy and a heck of a coach. Prayers to his family.
