12th region seems like it has been down the last few years compared to the past. Mercer, DCA Pulaski probably favorites but definitely no dominate teams

I agree with you, whole region is down. 

A handful of teams could visit rupp this year from the 12th, but the aforementioned ones are who I think will win region. Pulaski seems to have the only notable win coming against South Laurel. 

Could be a 3-peat for Pulaski if they find their rhythm for scoring. They have upcoming games with both DC and Mercer pretty soon
