Sources: Non-Power 5 irked by settlement plan

Several smaller-revenue conferences have pushed back against the NCAA over its plan to cut back on distribution to leagues to pay the expected settlement of the landmark House v. NCAA lawsuit and other related anti-trust cases, sources told ESPN.
