I was watching a driving video on this route. The amount of dirt and Mountains moved looked amazing. The driver before entering Elkhorn City turned left-handed up the hill, did he get back on 3174? They were 14 Bridge pylons; have they been poured? When he turned down back on the two lane where will these four lanes continue into Virginia? Looking to October with color changes on the trees would this be a scenic Sunday drive? The 2000 district at Elkhorn City was my last trip this way. Phelps girls had Santana Prater and Devin Stilner.
