1 – Calloway County
2 – Lyon County
3 – Butler County
4 – Bowling Green
5 – North Hardin
6 – Evangel Christian
7 – St. Xavier
8 – North Oldham
9 – Lloyd Memorial
10 – Campbell County
11 – Great Crossing
12 – Danville Christian
13 – Harlan County
14 – Hazard
15 – Pikeville
16 – Ashland Blazer
*Caveat: I'm not saying that these are the best teams, just who I'd strategically pick in a contest, so this includes some upsets in regions where I think that others may heavily pick another team or team(s) and factors in things like draws, tournament sites, etc.
