Problem in Montgomery County is they can’t decide what they value in a coach. They sometimes want the quick fix and that comes with consequences sometimes. Then they want a coach who will stay and build but when the success isn’t instant or he ruffles some feathers, they’re ready to move back to the quick fix.

He coached Ashland to their first state tournament appearance in 17 years with the players he inherited when he took over the program. He is very good at developing players and getting the most out of them.

You aren't wrong. List of coaches MOCO has had since Bart Rison. Seems like the only consistency is coaching changes.
