Flailing Lakers could use hardship to sign DeMarcus Cousins

Injuries to Anthony Davis, Austin Reaves, Lonnie Walker IV and Troy Brown Jr. have the Lakers in position to apply for a hardship exception, which could be used to sign Cousins if granted.
