I'm not sure what Bath County has but I do think that powell has the ability to play well. Based on just what I know of Powell and the little I know of Bath I will say that the pirates pull out their first win in a close one.

Bath County is down this season and Powell County so far seems to be right about where they was last year, so I'm taking the Pirates to win, 26-14.
