ACC discusses 3-5-5 football model, no divisions

ACC commissioner Jim Phillips and multiple ADs discussed a 3-5-5 conference scheduling model for football in which league teams would play three permanent opponents, then rotate through the rest over a two-year period (five one year, five the next).
