Bolz, what a freakin night! Knott's practice gym/Old Middle School gym/Lotts Creek home gym was rocking like a mutha. I felt like I was at a Ricky Skaggs concert with my uncle Leroy back in the early 80s. Lotts Creek was trying to party hard but the show didn't start until ole fatpat walked in! Poor Danny Fugate gave it his best shot but the King told him that he couldn't have it his way. Lil' Robin freaking tore it up last night. Made 57 free throws to put lotts creek back on the LKLP bus, triple wowza! CT stole the show with his halftime trapeze wire act.

Good win for Knott. Watched most of the 4th and OT, seems as if it was a completely different Cordia team that beat PCC.

LKLP bus? Why do you have to bully and make fun of Cordia always? They lost the game by their free throws, missing layups and simple mistakes. Everyone has a bad game here and there. But I think itâs obvious, they are definitely more than capable of beating Knott County and others around the area.

double dribble baby, nothing wrong with the lickety split bus. Ole fatpat takes it every Wednesday to Golden Corral. Looks to me that they have put more money in their airline fleet than they have their ground transportation, wowza!

This was a good win for Knott. Cordia is a solid team and very athletic. Cordia has to figure out an answer for McGuire. They will not stop him, but have to slow him down. Damron did a good job handling the pressure. I question the number of times he has visited the charity stripe this year. Seems excessive, but if they are buying what he is selling then good for him. Napier sat most of the first half due to foul trouble and Knott still pulled out the win which is a positive point.

McGuire and Higgins both sat for long periods in this one. It was a blood bath and physical game. Referees making sure it didn't get out of hand from the start of the game. Any word on the Williams kid because the fall he took looked like he tweeked a knee or ankle. Cordia will be dangerous and Fugate will make sure that the point guard from Knott, Damron, doesn't get to the line like he did that night. Harris is one of the most explosive players in the region. This could be Cordia's year because they have the horses and an excellent coach.

The game went into overtime and Knott got all the breaks. Cordia missed two layups near the end of regulation and had the lead a few times but couldn't get over the hump to pull away. They moved the ball well but got to finish at the rim. Pringle fouling out really hurt the Lions. Hope to see Perry get another shot at Cordia.

First of all, you can read my post in the "PCC Observation" thread that lets you know how I feel about the "transfers". With that said, Cordia is probably the most athletic team in the region, but have difficulty putting an entire game together. They shoot free throws very poorly and have poor perimeter shooting as well. Knott stuck to their game plan and pulled out a nice win. IF Cordia can figure out that the outside game isn't their strength and learn to be more patient on the offensive end in crunch time, then they could position themselves to advance farther in the region.
