Summer schedules

Where are the local teams going for the summer? I know JC is going to three camps. I've heard they were invited to the Lexington Catholic team camp but I'm not sure of the other two places they will be going.

Does anyone know how Pike Central did this week at the EKU camp?

^ they done pretty good. I know when Knott Central played them they done very well. If I am not mistaking Butcher said he was going to Somerset till Friday for another camp.

Knott Central went to the EKU camp as well. They went 6-4 losing to Pike Central(worst game KCC played), a very good West Virginia( this tema beat everyone by 30 + points except for KCC, only beat them by 7), a good Louden Tenn.team, a close game to East Carter, and I cant remember who else beat them. KCC looked good in every game except the Pike Central game. Those girls battler through everything. I know that 3 of the 5 starters could barely walk due to large blisters from playing so much on their feet.

They went 8-1 and Lowe kid made played in the all star game at the end of the camp and had 16 pts. KCC also looked well, I am not sure of their exact record but they were in every game (except PC where they were having a bad game).

I think PCCHS has like 5 camps this summer. Is that normal? do most school have that many? seems like a little to much to me, the girls never seem to get a break.

I know JC is going to Lexington Catholic this week. Don't know the schedule or exactally when they are going but I know they will be there. Does anyone know the other teams in this camp?

JC is currently 0-4 at the Lexington Catholic summer camp. On day 1 the girls lost games to Clay Co. and Lexington Catholic. Not sure who they played today but I know they play again on Wednesday at 2pm. Best of luck to them.

Does anyone know for sure how Pike Central did at the AAU camp ? From what I have heard they didn't do as well with out Lowe and Harris.
