Who is he?

When referring to a school, type the name of the school. Using initials only leads to confusion.

Coach Daniel is doing a fine job. He will only continue to get better as a coach.

It sounds like there might be some disruption around the MC team. It might take an Egyptian King to leave for this team to get it right.

Again Matt Daniel needs to step down. All the players that have transferred away from Montgomery County because of Daniels. Canada, the kids to Menifee, Bath. Enough is enough. Clark beat there butt tonight

I donât know a lot about Montgomery basketball but I can tell you that GRC is the real deal so that might not be the best game to go on. Iâve always wondered why Montgomery struggles to maintain a good program.

Where are these kids transferring to Bath??? Don't think so. Also, Bryan Station had won 2 games all season and beat GRC Saturday night.
It might be a good game for some teams.

One would assume MOCO will move on after this season.

i was an assist coach in the 10th for a year and I found it funny how many coaches that MOCO has on there sidelines. Not that that is a reason for all of this. I would love to see MoCo get back to where they used to be. I think it is good for the 10th to see MoCo be strong. Well I think it is good for the 10th to see MoCo, GRC and Bourbon all play at a higher level. Right now I see that district as being GRC, Bourbon, MoCo and Paris are dead even.

Montgomery barely beat a 4 win Estill County team tonight.

MOCO basketball needs whatever MOCO football and baseball did.

Or the kids need to buy into his system and pull the rope the same way. Have no clue what's going on up there but if everyone gets on the same page I can see Montgomery County finishing strong, it's not always the coaches fault, might be in this case or not but just everyone get on the same mind set and finish strong is what I say. Best of luck the rest of the season.

MoCo football hired a good coach in Egli that inherited some good players. Same for baseball in hiring Varney and inheriting some good players. Football took a step back this year from last due to graduation and transfer and may take another this year due to realignment. Baseball may step abck as well this year. The basketball team has some talented Srs and will take a big hit next year after Rawls, Davis, and company graduate. It will get interesting in Whirlin Sterlin after the season.

The athletic director weakened the schedule trying to help coach Daniel's and he is still loosing. Somebody post his record on this site. It's terrible. They won't make it out of the district. Pharoah isn't even going to play that game. Recruiting trip.

What are peoples realistic expectations with the current roster? Regional title? District Title?
I mean maybe they should have 2 couple more wins but they could also have a couple more losses.

Another embarrassing loss for the Indians tonight

Not sure how that loss is a terrible loss considering Robertson County is technically better than MoCo this year.

how about this. the parents need to stay out of it. Allow the coaches to coach. Allow the players to fail. So many ups and downs in sports and parents act like you have to win every game. If you don't get knocked back down and encouraged to to get up then you will never learn how. This is why kids and adults alike today can't cope with adversity in the real world.

From looks of roster and schedule, they must not be playing with a full deck.

Again MCHS played a very good Bourbon team whom was without 3 starters and barley pulled out a win at home. Starting kids over upperclassmen hurting confidence. Playing a kid out of shape back from knee surgery. 7 for 33 threes last game and didn't make adjustments. I wished he coached like his dad. Intensity he lacks.

I'm hearing that he will be fired as soon as the loose there district game. Thank goodness.
