A big congrats to George Rogers Clark
and Preston Knowles. He had 33 and
the Cardinals beat Mason Co. in a close
one at the Fieldhouse...no easy thing to
do. GRC could be a tough out next
week at Rupp, and I am glad that Knowles
will get to play on the big stage, as he is
every bit as good as Darius Miller for
Mason Co.

Was an excellent game. #2 For GRC is unreal. He did not miss in the second half, a very excellent player. Although I do believe Miller is the better OVERALL player but boy can #2 shoot. Miller scored almost everytime he touched the ball, but his teamates seemed as thought they could take over. If Darius Miller would have the got the ball more and took it to the rack more they could have won. How many did he have BTW?

What a game...Congrats GRC. Miller and Knowles both had 33 points. GRC had lost 2 of the last 4 times in the regional final....3rd time was a charm. Last year they knocked of #1 Pendleton Co in the semis. They led till 2 minutes to go last year before falling 59-62 to Mason Co. They were a team on a mission and was not going to be denied this year. Best of luck Cards at Rupp. I for one knew you could do it!!!
