These two regions will meet in the sweet 16. Great teams coming from both side..
Some 14th region teams that will be fighting for that spot are Breathitt,Hazard,JBS,PCC,Powell and Lee

Some from the 4th are warren central,Allen County,Clinton County,and Greenwood

Who has the upper hand on this first round game in the sweet 16??
